Trip arrangements

Finally something happening! I booked flights for my Germany trip in May. I will spend ten days in Germany and the point is just to sniff around Berlin and Leipzig. Also I'm participating in WGT-festival (wave gotik treffen) which is a gothic meeting. No one in the whole earth is never going to believe I'm a goth, but I'll try to make my disguise as good as possible :DD
The really exiting thing is that I'm going to be in the airplane all alone for the first time. I also have to switch terminal (and plane of course) in Helsinki. The flight trip will be the first adventure and we'll see if I ever manage to return :DD
Newest news from the exchange front are pretty modest. I emailed the student housing company, just to make sure they had received my application and they had. If I manage to get a room, I will be informed in August/September. I'm going to be in big trouble if I don't get a room, but I'll keep my fingers crossed.
Unfortunately this exchange process is not so fast and you'll have to read about my other adventures in abroad! :PP Wiii- over and out

Finally answers for (some of) my questions..

I have been struggling with a problem dealing  the apply dates. I managed to send email to the university international office, but after few auto replies with a list of different e-mail addresses, I found the real address I was supposed to send my questions.
All that happened on Friday and they were about to answer within seven days. Today I finally got my answer and for disappointment the apply time will begin at  15th of June. So there will be too mane months, I can't wait to get my application in. To make matters worse, the winter semester begins (officially 1.9.2012) 1.10.2012. It will be bad if I'll have to wait the confirmation for my place until August. The leaving process will happen really fast :OO
The good point is that, I haven't missed the apply time, like I was afraid of  at some point. I also founded out that I have to apply for my German courses separately too. All the applications have to been filled in the internet, then printed and then send by mail in Germany.  But in any case, for my language course application I need to have a certificate of my German studies, and surprise, here you don't get any certificate if you study German in high school or in upper secondary school. So in addition I have also contacted my German teatcher from the school. Thank god she promise to write me something.
But now I'll have plenty of time to plan my becoming Germany trip in May, more plans of that coming soon!
  Wiii over and out!

Exchange plans

The situation so far is, that I have received the exchange place on behalf of my university. Now I just have to get accepted in Germany. I have no idea when apply time begins in Germany and so far I'm unable to send my application in there. I have contacted the university there, but I haven't got the answer yet. I hope they answer me next week!
I have already send the application papers for housing, because I got a tip from my friend  (who's going erasmus in Oulu) that I should apply the apartment as early as I can. Now I just hope that they will accept me in there and I get an apartment too.
So many questions and few answers, but I  have to dig out the information that I need :DD

I won't bother you any longer, so Wiii over and out!
A lot of plans...
Finally I managed to create this blog :DD  I try to write in English (just so everyone can understand and I can get some practise). So there may be spelling and grammar mistakes, but if you understood then everything is fine. Though I might be so lazy, that sometimes I'll write in Finnish, or maybe even German.
In this blog I'm going to write about my "adventures" and if I accomplish to make my exchange happen, then this blog will concentrate on that, including all the arrangements.
